There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Claman rose to a point of order regarding confining remarks to the resolution before the body. The Speaker cautioned the member to speak to the resolution. Representative Saddler rose to a point of order regarding debate, stating that a member should not interpret another member's remarks or motives. The Speaker cautioned members that it is not proper to discuss the motives of other members. The question being: "Shall CSHCR 2(STA) pass the House?"
